While almost everyone is giddy with excitement over the real-life relationship between “Slumdog Millionaire” co-stars Dev Patel and Freida Pinto, one person who isn’t charmed by the whole thing is Pinto’s ex-fiance, marketing executive Rohan Antao.

According to the National Enquirer, Antao recently said, “She ended it with me after getting close to Dev Patel. We both agreed we wanted to spend out lives together. She was always with Dev, doing press publicity. I knew there was chemistry between them, but she said she had no feelings toward him at that time.”

Rumors that Pinto and Patel were romantically involved have been rampant for months, but the relationship was only officially confirmed last week, when photos surfaced of the couple kissing and being all snuggly during an outdoor dinner date in Israel. Then, in case photographic evidence wasn’t enough, Dev Patel’s mother confirmed the romance to the press. Once you’ve gotten the story straight from the star’s mom’s mouth, you know you’re hearing the real deal.

Back to Rohan Antao. Antao won’t likely be picking himself up a DVD of “Slumdog Millionaire” anytime soon. Antao told the National Enquirer, “I hate the film. It wrecked my relationship.”
